Strength and conditioning

I offer personalised programmes for anyone who wants to keep their body and mind in great shape! Don’t worry if you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, whether you want to stay fit, get fit or just get a little bit fitter, I’m here to help. I work with young people as young as nine years old!

 
 

My programmes are designed for you personally and take into account the physical demands of each individual and their performance goals. I look at your daily, weekly, monthly and forever needs, including your nutrition, and do everything I can to set you up for success. We will focus on movement patterns, skills and overall fitness. The aim is always to put the person before the performance. You will be held accountable for hitting realistic targets which will boost your confidence, improve your lifestyle and deliver overall results. I also coach aspiring personal trainers. If you think you’ve got what it takes to coach others, then I’m very happy to help you hone your skills. The more people out there doing great work the right way, the better!
