My work is informed by my MSc Psychology (in progress) at Brunel University London, strengthening behavioural insight and academic rigour. My primary areas of focus include motivation, behaviour change, wellbeing, and performance sustainability

For me, Insights is most powerful when it turns self-awareness into everyday, practical change.
