As an established mentor, I’ve previously worked with Youth Sports Trust as a Sky Sports mentor for young people, with the BBC, Birmingham City University, Leicester Tigers, as an Allianz Buddy and more.
My clients come from all ages and backgrounds and we have created successful partnerships where my role is to guide them, give advice and work on techniques that they can use to improve performance at work as well as mental and physical wellbeing.
I use the lessons I have learnt throughout my journey as an athlete, in the world of business and simply as a human being who’s had their fair share of obstacles to overcome to support people as they develop skills, build confidence and focus on achieving their full potential.

I understand the corporate landscape and I deliver leadership coaching in some of the biggest businesses in the world, but I have charted a unique course in my own career based on understanding of myself, my team and my personal objectives, strengths… and weaknesses.
Young athletes
Choosing the path of being an athlete can be immensely rewarding, but it is also incredibly demanding. I wouldn’t change my career for the world, but I needed a lot of support along the way. Having me in your corner will ensure you stay on track, give you skills to maintain motivation, manage your mindset and carve out a career that is long and fulfilling.
Body positivity and identity
Having personally recovered from an eating disorder to become a professional athlete, I have a unique perspective on how to turn around destructive eating and exercise patterns. I’ve also had to learn not to let my alopecia define me, instead creating new ways to view myself and my appearance that enable me to reach my goals powered by rather than held back by the obstacles I’ve faced. I’m very happy to share these lessons with you and work together on your personal battles.
Personal training for mental and physical wellbeing
I am also passionate about making my skills and the lessons I’v learnt available to people from all walks of life. I want everyone to know how to look after their bodies and minds, to be able to live their lives fully, feeling fit, strong and confident.
