I have been living my dream competing in international sport since 2006. 20 years later I am still living my best life, but that doesn’t mean it’s been a smooth ride! Let’s just say I have sailed the rough seas, and I have had to learn to sail from scratch! (I get seasick so maybe that isn’t quite the right analogy!!)
I am passionate about motivating others to help them to unlock their full potential. I want my story and the obstacles I’ve faced and had to overcome to inspire them to lead their best life!
What I talk about…
As a keynote speaker with the aim to challenge perspectives, I share the most gruelling, emotional and challenging elements of my personal and sporting journey with you, as well as the highs and lows of a high-performance environment converted into shareable tips, tricks and models that you can adapt to enable your own growth while leaving yourself room to move and try new things.
I am raw, I am authentic, and I am real. My experiences have taken me on a journey and with this I aim to inspire you to be your true self while challenging yourself and your team in new ways.
The topics I cover include leadership, teamwork and high performance, how to operate under pressure, how to overcome obstacles and how to challenge at the right time in the right way. More than anything, I believe that culture sits at the centre of all business success and I use examples from my sporting career to show that culture can impact performance and results even more than talent!

I deliver talks to a wide variety of brands, businesses and clients ranging from large multinationals, including some of the world’s leading professional service organisations and brands with household names to SMEs and start-ups that are at that super exciting time in their growth where anything is possible as they work on converting their vision into a reality.
